QR Picker Onboarding

Pickers sign up to PickEasy through the app and enter their details in their own time before arriving on site. Staff at any farm using PickEasy simply scan the picker’s unique onboarding QR code to complete onboarding instantly, with no paper forms required. Identity is verified in the app, and the picker is linked to the session within seconds.

Live Harvest Logging

Staff log harvest weights or counts per picker in real time. Every entry is timestamped and linked to the block, row, and fruit type, providing a complete audit trail from field to export. Individual staff scan logs are also stored on their devices and can be exported at any time.

Picker Session Management

Sessions track picker attendance from arrival through to departure, with support for unlimited sessions per day. Real-time status updates are instantly visible to staff across all devices. Pickers can also view their current session status and access their full work history through the app.

Farm & Block Structure

Model your farm exactly as it operates, including farms, blocks, rows, and fruit types. Harvest data is recorded at the row level, giving you complete traceability and visibility into exactly where each tray was picked.

Payroll-Ready Exports

Export harvest records to CSV or PDF for payroll processing. Totals are broken down per picker, per block, and per day; ready to hand to your accountant.

Picker Compliance

Picker details are securely stored in the cloud, including tax file numbers and work rights documentation for each picker. Automated expiry alerts help keep compliance up to date, and all data is encrypted at rest.

Push Notifications

Push notifications keep pickers informed; session start reminders, onboarding confirmations, and farm-wide announcements delivered directly to their device.

PDF Report Generation

Generate harvest summary PDFs directly from the dashboard for internal records, farm audits, or sharing with external stakeholders.

Picker Arrives

Staff first scan an available farm ID tag, then scan the picker’s onboarding QR code from their mobile device using the PickEasy app. The picker is instantly identified and linked to the active session.

Staff Onboards

The staff member then confirms the picker’s identity and links them to the farm for the current day’s session.

Picking Begins

The picker works. Staff log harvest entries weights or tray counts against the picker as loads come in. All entries are timestamped.

Live Dashboard

The farm manager sees a live view of all active sessions, picker totals, and harvest progress across every block updated instantly without refreshing.

Session Closes

At end of day the session is closed. Totals are locked. Each picker can view their own summary in the mobile app.

Payroll Export

Export the day's harvest to CSV or PDF. Data is broken down by picker, block, row, and fruit type ready for payroll and co-op reporting.

Visa & Work Rights

Store visa type, expiry date, and work entitlements for each picker. Expiry alerts notify managers before a picker's work rights lapse.

Tax File Numbers

TFN and ABN fields are stored encrypted. Required for payroll compliance captured once during onboarding and never re-entered.

Encrypted PII

All picker personal data email, TFN, visa details is encrypted at rest using industry-standard symmetric encryption. Keyed hashes enable lookups without ever exposing plaintext.

Brute-Force Protection

Failed login attempts are monitored automatically. Repeated failures trigger a lockout, which clears automatically on successful password reset.

PII Log Redaction

A custom log formatter strips emails and sensitive identifiers from all server logs PII never appears in log aggregation systems.
